She arrived! I have taken her out of the box, dressed Felicity in her meet outfit and both are sitting on my daughters bed awaiting her return home from school. They look so great together. It's like Felicity is saying, "I am now complete!". I can't wait until DD#1 gets here. T-minus 1 hour and 45 minutes.
What a fun surprise! Did she know Elizabeth was coming? Be sure & get a picture of her reaction (ear to ear smile would be my guess [img]biggrin.gif[/img] ) Hope she has fun w/ her girls.

I did the same thing when we got Elizabeth. I had ordered her during the month before her official release when only club members could buy her (my daughter had no idea). Olivia went out of town on a trip with my parents just before she was to start 4th grade -- and when she came home and went upstairs to put her suitcase in her room, she opened the door to find Miss Elizabeth sitting on her pillow patiently waiting. I had decided to stay downstairs and "listen" to her reaction to her back-to-school present instead of going up with her. It was fun!
I love comeing home to new dollies!

Oh my gosh if my mom did that I would SCREAM!!!
My mom has a rule that I can't get any dolls as presents becuase they are too expensive, unless they are bought at the benefit sale, so this would like NEVER happen to me!

DD#1 knew she was supposed to arrive today so when I picked her up I told her, when she asked if she had arrived, not yet. When she went to put her backpack away, I heard her exclaim, "She's here!" Her grin is still ear to ear.
She said something funny though. She said, "You know, the camera adds 10 pounds, even for dolls," in reference to the pictures in the catalog. As soon as DS and DD#2 arrived home from school we HAD to watch the Felicity movie. What a day!
